Here I am, flaunting my self control..

Today is a good day so far..

- Broth made from 2 bullion cubes. = 10 calories.
- Stick of celery. = -calories.
- 2 bottles of Lipton's Peach Iced Tea. = 280 calories.

Total = About 290 calories.

Currently, I've gona a bit leniant and am allowing myself up to 500 calories a day..but soon it will be cut to 400, then 300. So on and so forth.
